There are two forms of building signage: tenant elevator lobby directional signage and suite entry door signage.

Immediately following the execution of your lease with 875 North Michigan Avenue, it is imperative to return each of the signage request forms to the Office of the Building. Once received, the order will be processed and a mock-up will be returned to you for your review prior to placing the order with the signage vendor. Once the order is placed, delivery and installation will take approximately six weeks.

Normally, 875 North Michigan Avenue provides the initial door signage and elevator directory signage. Additional signage may be added for a nominal charge. Please refer to the Building Service Price List for costs associated with additional orders for signage.
